Commercial customers of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) will earn up to $75,000 per direct current quick charger and up to $5,000 per Level 2 charger if they are located in a Disadvantaged Community. The EVSE must be built within the LADWP service region.

MCE Clean Energy allows multi-unit dwelling (MUD) and office customers to sign up for one of PG&E’s two electric vehicle (EV) rate plans.

MCE Commercial EVSE Rebate (MUD & Workplace)

The MCEv scheme, run by Marin Clean Energy, is providing charging rebates to help with the costs of L2 charging hardware and installation. For charging stations that have chosen Deep Green 100 percent renewable energy, the program provides $3,000 per charging port for 2-20 charging ports and an additional $500 per charging port for charging stations that have chosen Deep Green 100 percent renewable energy. Other rebates can be paired with this bid. For the first 40 programs, MCE is providing free technical assistance.

The EV Fast Charger Program from Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) provides discounts to multi-unit dwellings and workplaces that buy an authorised DC fast EVSE charger. The cost of preparing the site for installation will be covered by PG&E, and poorer communities may be eligible for a refund on the charger itself.

Residential EVSE Incentive from SCP

Sonoma Clean Power (SCP) customers who meet certain criteria are eligible for a free Level 2 Charger that can link to the internet and communicate with the SCP GridSavvy Community. The costs of delivery and installation are the responsibility of the customer.

The Power Your Drive for Fleets program from San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) provides commercial customers incentives to install medium- and heavy-duty EVSE. SDGE also provides assistance with the procurement, installation, and maintenance of EVSE equipment for multi-unit dwellings and workplaces.
